Launch Housing Office Consolidation Survey |
As members are aware, Launch is developing an office strategy and a number of staff teams will be potentially impacted and face potential relocation from their current workplace. These teams/sites include; current and former Fitzroy teams, Prahran, Northcote, St Kilda, non-IAP staff at Collingwood and Cheltenham, and back of house staff at Southbank.
The RSI teams are currently operating from Southbank as well as St Kilda and the ASU are unclear how these teams might be impacted by these changes.
The following sites and teams will not be directly impacted by these changes: Cheltenham IAP, Collingwood IAP, frontline staff at accommodation services including the Broadmeadows and Glen Waverly Youth Foyers, ESCG, Southbank, South Melbourne, East St Kilda and Dandenong.
While some informal consultation has been undertaken by Launch little information, if any, has been collected on the locational needs of staff and clients for future office space. This short survey aims to gather information on locational needs and preferences of ASU members. We also welcome members raising any general concerns about the office strategy and consolidation process to date.
Once affected members have completed the survey, delegates and the ASU will collate the information and present it to members of the steering committee for the office strategy and consolidation. The ASU will de-identify the survey responses when providing them to Launch.
