As a volunteer you will receive a discounted admission in exchange for your volunteer shifts. Please be prepared to volunteer for 4-6 hours on Thursday, March 16th. We typically need help in the following areas: Registration Assistant | Help set up the registration area prior to the start of the conference. Assisting with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees, general registration using an Ipad or PC, badge printing, speaker check in, setup/breakdown, etc.Room Monitor | Monitor the session door and answer basic questions about the event. Display time warning cards for speakers, take room counts, run the mic for the Q&A session as well as maintain the drinking water station and assist the stage manager as needed. Floater/Directional Volunteer | Assisting with a variety of tasks such as directing attendees to different programs, restrooms, exhibitor stations and monitoring waste stations.We will be in touch with you shift selections the week of Jan. 23rd.
