Introduction

Community Needs Assessment, Stakeholder Survey 2026. CEDA would like to obtain a wide range of opinions from various stakeholders regarding residents’ challenges and needs. You have been selected for this survey based on your/your organization’s knowledge of and experience with Cook County's residents. The information from this survey, along with other data being collected, will be used to determine the services and assistance that could be offered to community members in the future.
