Fifth Sense, the charity for people affected by smell and taste disorders, has launched this survey to capture the perspectives of its beneficiaries in the UK.

Please share your experiences of accessing specialist care and tell us about the changes you would like to see to help improve the lives of people in the UK with impaired smell and taste. Your views and experiences will help shape our plans to increase our lobbying and campaigning work. Thank you.

Fifth Sense recognises the right of everyone to have information about them kept secure and private. We will share the responses to this survey publicly, on our website, social media and in reports, as part of our lobbying and campaigning work on behalf of people affected by smell and taste disorders, but this will be done completely anonymously.
