About this Survey:

Manchester Active is an organisation that helps people in Manchester take part in physical activity.

Physical activity is any activity that involves moving your body. Physical activity includes lots of things, from sports to walking your dog.

We want to:
  • Help disabled people take part in physical activity.
  • Find out what stops disabled people from taking part now.
  • We want to know what you think stops disabled people from taking part in physical activity.
  • To tell us what you think, please answer the questions in this booklet.

  • Disabled people.
  • Carers of a disabled person. If you are a carer, please answer the questions in this booklet as if you are the disabled person you look after.
