City of Markham Community Accessibility Survey

At the City of Markham, we always want to learn from our community. Please complete the following survey to share your thoughts on how we can improve accessibility and remove barriers for persons with disabilities at the City of Markham. We are currently working towards publishing a Multi-Year Accessibility Plan by December 31, 2024. Your input on this survey will help shape the Plan.

Your participation in this survey is voluntary. Individual responses will be kept confidential. There is no requirement to include any identifying remarks, names, or addresses.
