Why should you participate in this research survey?
ARC Advisory Group is conducting a survey to identify best practices, key benefits, and other issues related to operational intelligence and enterprise manufacturing intelligence (EMI) software. EMI captures data between operations, enterprise-level and plant floor systems. Applications included in EMI include data integration and aggregation, data contextualization and management, analytics and analysis, and visualization or dashboards.
For the purpose of this survey, participants can consider terms such as enterprise manufacturing intelligence (EMI), manufacturing intelligence (MI), and operations intelligence as synonymous. The objective of this short survey is to identify industry-wide best practices for EMI software.
Respondents will receive a FREE summary of the results after the research is completed. Individual responses will be considered confidential and only aggregated information will be reported. Survey participants and the companies at which they work will remain confidential.
Who should participate?
Ideally, survey participants should be directly involved in purchasing, implementing or using enterprise manufacturing intelligence solutions. We encourage process control operators and operations supervisors, plant management, and other users to participate, since the research focuses on their needs and preferences.
We encourage managers and supervisors to forward the survey link to appropriate individuals within their organizations since the summarized survey results will provide important insight into what works and what doesn't work for operations staffs.
