The WBC MISSION is to accelerate the advancement of ALL women business leaders together with the realization of gender, diversity, and pay parity in the workplace.   In order to establish a baseline understanding of the status of these elements across the staffing industry, we have created the following survey.  We ask for your honest and candid response to these questions.  .
 
It is a follow up to a benchmark survey we issued in 2020 regarding the same information.  Therefore, some of the questions will reference 2020 vs 2022, in order to allow us to contrast improvements across that time horizon.
 
All responses will be kept confidential, and company names are only used to filter certain responses for duplication and will not be published in any way.  A summary analysis of the results of this survey will be shared with all participants.
