FY24 TX-500 CoC NOFO Local Application - New Project (HMIS)

This is the portal for submitting your local application materials for the FY24 CoC Program NOFO for the San Antonio and Bexar County TX-500 CoC. You must still submit the HUD application in e-snaps by the deadline.

NOTE - This is for HMIS project types and can only be submitted by the HMIS Lead (Haven for Hope).

2.Upload the most recently completed HMIS Lead Monitoring assessment.(Required.)
