The Water Meter Audit project’s purpose is to evaluate the Town of Gilbert’s metering infrastructure and related business practices to ensure water usage is measured and billed reliably, accurately, and in a timely manner. This includes water meter verification, historical use analysis, and extensive data collection and analysis.
