Elk Island Public Schools (EIPS) invites parents to complete its annual survey to provide feedback on your experiences with your child's school and the Division. 

It is important to hear from you. EIPS wants to understand the areas where it's doing well and how the Division can improve. Your feedback will inform school and Division planning and help EIPS serve students to the best of its ability.

If you wish to share the experiences of more than one of your children, you can respond to Part A of the survey more than once.
 
Plus, new this year, the survey includes a Part B, featuring questions about the Division’s priorities, goals and outcomes. As you know, in fall 2021, EIPS welcomes a new locally elected Board of Trustees. Your feedback will help the incoming Board develop a new EIPS Four-Year Education Plan for 2022-26 and beyond—one that’s responsive to student and community needs and focused on continuous improvement. Parents only need to complete Part B once. 

The survey is anonymous and will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete both Part A and Part B. Thank you for your feedback.

When answering this question, disregard the requirement to move to out-of-school learning when mandated by the Government of Alberta or if your child was required to temporarily self-isolate after being identified as a close contact of a confirmed case of COVID-19.
