1. Mystic App - A Health, Wellbeing and Mindfulness App

Mystic is an app I am developing as a one stop destination and resource for your physical, mental and mindfulness health and wellbeing. It is inspired by my own personal physical and mental health journey in the last few years which introduced me to many resources that I now wish to share with you. 
 
The features I am proposing to include in the app are:
  • Meditation videos and classes (guided and unguided)
  • Hypnosis videos (eg for anxiety, sleep, weight loss, stop smoking)
  • Yoga, pilates, Tai Chi and Qi Gong videos
  • Wayapa (an indigenous based practice comprising of physical movements to help you connect to the earth)
  • Classes on different personal development topics eg life coaching.
  • Daily affirmations/quotes
  • Weekly acts of kindness
  • Plant based recipes
  • Directory - eg health food stores, meditation group, yoga class, vegetarian restaurants.

The purpose of this feedback form is to get an idea of what you need the most and what you want to get out of a resource like this. The goal is to build something you will love!
