It saved me time not having to ring the main Hospital Switchboard to find the contact I needed.

I found the information I needed on the App and so didn't have to contact the centre or my team

It saved me a trip to hospital as I was able to contact my team through the App.

It answered my questions and so I didn't need to contact my GP surgery
