We are conducting a phone interview with professionals about opinions on Payment Acceptance Solutions in municipalities.

We are talking to individuals like yourself about the tools and systems municipalities use to accept and process electronic payments like credit and debit cards.  We are looking to talk to individuals who are knowledgeable about the hardware and software used to accept payments at your municipality. More specifically, we would like to talk to folks who are involved in the selection and use of the payment acceptance systems.  Payment acceptance solutions are the combinations of software and hardware (terminals) that your municipality uses to accept electronic payments like credit cards, debit cards and bank payments (a.k.a. ACH payments)
