Drones for Local Roadway Maintenance and Safety

This survey aims to identify how local government agencies are currently using or would like to use Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS or “drones”) for maintenance, operation and safety of local transportation infrastructure. Additionally, PennDOT hopes to identify current needs and opportunities to provide training and technical assistance for the advancement of this technology in Pennsylvania.
