MotivateMe is an incentive reward program for employees and retirees who subscribe to an eligible Fairfax County Government medical plan. The purpose of the program is to encourage participants to actively engage in their health and wellbeing through a relationship with their primary care provider and medical team.


2026 Guidelines
  • Required Activities: Annual Physical (1), Screening (1), Dental Exam (1), and Vision Exam (1).
  • Reward Amount: $250
  • Reward Deadline: November 30th at 11:59 PM EST


Before you begin your 2026 MotivateMe submission, please make sure you have the following information ready and available:
  • Medical Plan Enrollment
  • Date of Service for Activities
