Moree and District Business Skills Survey

 

In response to the feedback we received from our business community in our recent business confidence survey, Moree Plains Shire Council and the Moree Business Chamber are working together to address two of the major concerns raised which impact on local businesses like yours:
 
1.      The need to grow your business and attract more customers; and
2.      Difficulty in attracting/retaining skilled staff.

To do this we are designing two business support programs:

1.      A series of presentations from successful business mentors on how they overcame some of the problems you have identified.
2.      Working with training providers and staff recruitment firms to identify and deliver staff with the skills you need. This would also include assisting businesses with strategies to attract and retain reliable staff.

To ensure that these programs are tailored as best as possible to suit the needs of our local businesses, we are seeking further information from you through this survey.

We appreciate you taking the time to participate in this short survey which will take you about 10 minutes to complete the 8 questions. All data collected will be kept confidential and all publicly available results will be presented in aggregate so that no individual business can be identified.
