MAYOR'S SENIOR FRIENDLY COMMUNITY SURVEY
Designed by a partnership of consumers and agencies in Mooresville/South Iredell and Mayor Miles Atkins, this survey is for adults age 60+ and/or their caregivers.
Thank you for taking time to answer these questions. It should take no more than 15 minutes to complete the entire survey. Your answers will help identify the top three projects that the Mayor's Senior Round Table Committee will consider in making Mooresville a more Senior Friendly community.
Responses are anonymous, so feel free to answer each question honestly. If you know someone else who if over 60 or provides care to a senior, send them this link so that their experiences can be included.
