This survey is designed to help the MonroeFamily Connection Collaborative gain a better understanding of what the key challenges and strengths are in our community.  It is very important that we get information from as many community members as possible about what YOU think are the biggest challenges and strengths in our county.  This information will help the collaborative make important decisions about what areas to focus our efforts on over the next year.  This is your opportunity to tell us what it is important to you.

The survey should only take about 5 to 10 minutes.  Please take a few minutes and provide us your valuable feedback.
