Monroe County is embarking on a visioning process that will shape the future of the community through the development of a Comprehensive Plan Update. The Comprehensive Plan will be the main decision-making tool used to determine how the County will grow and develop in the next 20 years. The following public opinion survey is designed to provide residents an opportunity to voice opinions on various topics in the community. This information will assist the County in understanding the needs, goals, issues, and opportunities from the perspective of the people that live, work, and visit Monroe County. The survey results will be reviewed by the County to help guide the direction of the Comprehensive Planning process. The survey is organized by the elements covered in the plan and questions associated with each of those elements. There will be space provided at the end of the survey to include any additional comments, questions, or concerns.
