The MN-ACP Awards Committee is seeking nominees for 6-8 annual awards that recognize outstanding members. Awards include: the Laureate award; the Community Service award, The Early Career Physician award, the Hospitalist award, the Fostering Diversity, Equity and Inclusion award, the Advancing Women in Internal Medicine award, the Distinguished Teacher/Mentor award, and the Community based Clinical and Teaching award. These awards are based on national ACP awards.
