Missoula County will soon engage in a strategic planning process to chart the course of the County's public service delivery over the next three to five years. A collaborative Strategic Planning Session will occur March 22 & 23, 2018.
In preparation for the upcoming planning session, we would like to help frame the discussion and identify appropriate process outcomes by collecting your feedback on a survey. Your participation on this survey will be valuable to the efficiency and effectiveness of the planning session.
All individual responses will be kept anonymous. Responses will be compiled and generalized for the purpose of discussion at the planning session, though individual wording will generally be kept intact to preserve intent and meaning.
As you provide your responses, please note a good strategic plan provides clear direction, establishes priorities, and focuses on specific goals. The plan should take into consideration existing challenges and commitments and anticipate conditions that will shape the future. Strategic plans are an opportunity to take stock, look forward, and prepare for the future.
Please thoughtfully complete the following survey by March 14, 2018. The survey consists of 19 questions and will likely take 30-40 minutes to complete. Your participation is very much appreciated.
Do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Thank you,
