The State of Mississippi Rural Health Transformation Program (RHTP) is working to make health information sharing safer, faster, and more useful for all Mississippians, including patients, families, caregivers, healthcare providers and care teams, and health insurers (e.g., payers). To support this effort, an independent third party, Berry, Dunn, McNeil & Parker, LLC, dba BerryDunn, is conducting this survey to collect feedback from stakeholders.
