The goal of the Mind and Memory Matters Project is to provide outreach screening, training, education, and support to family caregivers, professionals, and individuals with an Intellectual or Developmental Disability (IDD) related to Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias. The purpose of this survey is to discover what the public thinks about this topic and what education and awareness programs might do to help.
