Purpose of this Survey

Dear Middle School GATE Teachers:
 
We are asking you to voluntarily complete this short (12 questions) anonymous survey instrument before you leave for the end of the school year. Your participation will help us plan more effective professional development, improve the quality of support we provide to you, and enable us to understand more about the program's challenges and strengths.
