Middleborough Housing Rehabilitation Program Interest Survey

The Town of Middleborough is considering establishing a housing rehabilitation program. This program would provide funding for repairs to upgrade small-scale residential properties to meet energy, life, health and safety codes. To determine if there is a need and an interest in such a program, the Town is asking residents to complete and return this survey. All responses will be kept confidential and will be used only for a grant application to the Commonwealth.
