The information from this survey will provide direction and vision for parks and recreation services and facilities for the next five years and beyond. Your input is valuable and your participation is appreciated. The survey should take approximately ten minutes to complete.

Your participation is entirely voluntary and your responses will be kept confidential. Everyone who returns a completed questionnaire and provides contact information will be entered into a drawing to win one of four prizes!
