Introduction

Thanks to TalentWeb, welcome to the BuildingPride 2025 Mentee program application. This process takes 15-20 minutes and is designed to help us identify the right industry mentor for you.

It is important that you answer all questions, as your responses help us find the appropriate match. Mentor matching is an imprecise scientific process, and we try to use the best techniques and experiences to help us make your pairing a success for the 4 month program.

Most importantly, we want to make sure you and your mentor get value from the journey.

Prior to us processing your application, we contact you to get additional insight, and to process the $400 mentor program fee.

All responses are kept confidential and only shared with the heads of the mentor program, while your identity is removed from responses when shared with potential mentors.

We are here to provide tips, tricks and events to encourage collaboration, but this program requires personal commitment from both parties, in order to achieve great personal outcomes.

Be sure you are willing to establish the catch ups with your mentor and prepare a short agenda in advance of your goals for the meeting.
