The purpose of the AALNC Mentorship Program is to improve the skills of a novice legal nurse consultants and to empower them to reach their full potential in a legal nurse consulting career.
The AALNC Mentorship Program is designed to offer participants a personalized match with an experienced legal nurse consultant to mentor and guide them throughout 12 months. Mentors will be paired to support Mentees through this process.
The AALNC Mentorship Class of 2027 will begin in January of 2027 and run for the duration of the calendar year.

This program is exclusively available to AALNC members in good standing. Applications must be completed and submitted here no later than November 1, 2026.
