Thank you for your interest in participating in The LINK Mentoring Program as mentor!
This questionnaire is intended to help us get to know a bit about you as a potential mentee. Please note that this is the first basic application, and the second step will happen through an invite shared with you at a later stage.
We recommend that you set aside approximately 20 minutes to complete the first 20 questions of your application, which consists of your basic profile information. You need to complete every field to be eligible for the program and complete the second step to join the mentee pool.
