Health Networks of the Department of Health invites you to attend a community consultation forum to provide your feedback on the draft Men’s Health and Wellbeing Policy.

There are forums being held across metropolitan and regional WA.

Venue: Men's Shed Kalgoorlie, 13 Roberts Street, South Kalgoorlie.

Registrations close at 5.00pm, Monday 16 July 2018.

Participants will be sent confirmation and a final program after the closing date.
