Health Networks of the Department of Health invites you to attend a community consultation forum to provide your feedback on the draft Men’s Health and Wellbeing Policy.

There are forums being held across metropolitan and regional WA.

Time: 2.00pm to 5.00pm. Registration from 1.30pm.
 
Venue: Men's Shed Busselton, 555 Roe Terrace, Busselton.

Registrations close at 5.00pm, Wednesday 4 July 2018.

Participants will be sent confirmation and a final program after the closing date.
