Mission: To provide support to the NS4L Media Team in Web Development and Design and help make our online media perform to best service our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Post content to NS4L website, ensuring sites are up-to-date
- Assist with website analytics reporting and communication
- Assist in development and execution of plans that support NS4L Media
- Ensure web content meets guidelines and standards
- Ensure web image optimization
- Creating campaign designs & branding logos, website sliders, marketing materials, etc.

Foreseen Challenges:
- Speed - making sure our websites and content are all up to date in order to better service our customers.
- Attention to Detail - there is a lot of content we put up, it all needs to meet the standards our customers are used to seeing
- Initiative - sometimes if there is an issue or opportunity, it will be your responsibility to make sure it is communicated to a team manager
- Creative - you'll be asked to overcome creative challenges on a regular basis.


The best fit for this internship:
- Previous experience in web design and/or development
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML5, JavaScript, CSS, XML or other web programming languages
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Familiar with posting content for the web
- Familiar in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, or Illustrator
- Excellent communication and time management.
- Understanding and working knowledge of photography and video and how to apply those to the web.


Details:
This is an unpaid semester internship. You will get to work with the management team at New Scooters 4 Less and will work with the NS4L Media Team. We will provide a letter of recommendation that details the specifics of your internship and your performance upon completion if you wish.
