Thompson Rivers University is proposing a Mechanized Adventure Guide Training program, based in Revelstoke, BC.

Program Description:
This will be the only mechanized adventure tourism training program through a post secondary institution in North America. The program will train individuals to become guides, managers and business owner/operators in the mechanized adventure tourism industry. The intent of the program is to provide the industry with trained professionals who possess a broad skill set that goes beyond the safe operation of Snowmobiles and ATVs.
