Logistics overview for the Community Stage
McLean Community Center provides the following:
· Covered stage—stage is outdoors
· Sound equipment (includes: microphones, speakers, CD/iPod connections, etc.)
· A changing space upon request
· Sound tech and stage manager
The performance group provides the following:
· CD/iPod with performance music
· Transportation to/from the event
· Props/Equipment for the performance

· Musical instruments/backline
Performance overview for the Community Stage:
· Each performance time slot is 20-40 minutes long
· We DO NOT pay the performers or provide a stipend back to the organization.
· We DO NOT offer reserved parking.
· All performances must be family friendly.
· All performances are RAIN or SHINE.

Eligibility
Groups sponsored by organizations:
o Performance groups that are part of a larger organization (school, community group, etc.) are eligible if that organization is housed or incorporated in Dranesville Small Tax District 1-A.
Independent groups:
o At least 51% of group members must reside in Dranesville Small Tax District 1-A.
Groups sponsored by organizations:

McLean Community Center programs are given priority consideration.
Performers that duplicate McLean Community Center programs are not eligible.
