The following survey is a self-assessment tool that will assist you in benchmarking your Partnership & Community Collaboration knowledge, skills and abilities.

At the conclusion of the Academy's Managing by Network course, you will have the opportunity to re-evaluate your preparedness of these skills.

We will provide you with a confidential report of your survey results and share the group results with federal training coordinators.

The objectives of the survey are to:

1. Provide course participants with a self assessment tool,

2. Help shape the course sessions to meet your needs, and

3. Serve as one of the elements in evaluating the Academy's Managing by Network training.

Your answers will remain confidential and your identity will remain anonymous.

This survey is being conducted by Liz Madison Consulting as part of the Academy's Managing by Network course cohosted by the BLM, USDA FS, USFWS, DOI CADR and USACE CPCX. 

The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete.
