The Mazie Arnswald Award
The Mazie Arnswald Award was established in honor of Mazie. She was a member of MOCONS and dedicated her career in oncology nursing as the Cancer Center Coordinator at Bishop Clarkson Memorial Hospital. She was a leader in the Omaha Hospice Organization and served as a board member of ACS. Her dedicated work, caring and laughter will long be remembered.
The Mazie Award, a commemorative plaque and a cash gift is presented annually to a nurse who has made significant contributions to oncology nursing.
