May 2016 Spring Meeting: Gastrointestinal Pathology-Focus on Endoscopic Biopsies

Thank you for attending the South Bay Pathology Society's May 2016 Spring Meeting, Gastrointestinal Pathology: Focus on Endoscopic Biopsies. In an effort to evaluate the effectiveness of this conference, please complete the post-conference survey which starts below. If you would like to convert your CME hours to Self-Assessment Module (SAM) credit hours, please indicate this in question 4, and proceed to answer the 30 questions that follow (questions 5-34; please note that the questions automatically renumber if you miss a question and have to restart the quiz).
