Sometimes we all need a little encouragement to get outside and get moving, especially as the nights get colder, how about some healthy competition as well? Sound good? Follow the steps below: 
Step 1 - Pick a focus for the month
Step 2 - Pick a Water Vessel and Distance to cover in 22 days
Step 3 - Fill out this form:
Āe to the Wai Challenge: 50 points a day
TutuMan has chosen 4 x Vessels per day. His vessel is a 750ml St Clair Bottle
Coach Cate has chosen 1 x Vessels per day. Her vessel is 2 of her Flox 
Choose your discipline:
You can pick your challenge - walking kms, step count, biking, swimming or attending classes (i.e., the gym) - whatever takes your fancy and for how often or how far.
Challenges:
Every Sunday and Wednesday and Thursday evening a hauora challenge will be posted on Facebook. Each challenge is worth 22 points. However,  sometimes Leaderboard Liv also likes to throw in some bonus challenges that are worth more points, so keep an eye out in the Facebook group for them!
Remember it is for all ages and stages and the main aim is to have fun, keep connected, stay healthy - oh and beat TutuMan! 
Step 4 - Complete challenges each day and week
Step 5 - Fill out a survey form each Sunday so Leaderboard Liv can keep a running tally
Step 6 - Aim for the win as it means an urban adventure with TutuMan as your host! And remember whoever wins as an average overall, gets the inaugural TutuMan Champions Cup!

Boom! For 22 days you will be challenging TutuMan to keep him honest while he works towards a healthier summer following challenges for points.
