ASLA is seeking four to six (4-6) members to join the MasterSpec Landscape Architecture Review Committee, a working group within the ASLA Professional Practice Committee.

The MasterSpec Landscape Architecture Review Committee (MLARC) members will represent ASLA in the review of the Landscape Architecture Library and volunteer their time in support of MasterSpec. We are seeking licensed practitioners experienced with MasterSpec to volunteer for a two-year term on the MLARC.

Responsibilities include:
  • Determine priority updates for MasterSpec landscape library (in coordination with Deltek staff)
  • Attend periodic Review Committee meetings (virtual meetings) to review MasterSpec sections or other documents (prior to pandemic, committees met three times annually for in-person review meetings)
  • Review MasterSpec sections or other documents and provide suggested revisions in between in-person/virtual work sessions
Additionally, we are seeking practitioners with particular expertise as we update specific divisions relevant to landscape architecture. If you are not able to commit to a full two-year committee term, but are interested in advising on particular division updates, please consider signing up as an “on-call” reviewer.
