Welcome to our stakeholder forum, where your policy recommendations and ideas will help build a more age-friendly California!

This survey has been designed to highlight the unique depth of experience and insight our stakeholders bring to the table. We want to know more about how California interacts with its aging population today - and how the Master Plan for Aging can be used to improve those interactions for years to come.

To share your recommendation for California’s Master Plan for Aging, please complete as many of the fields in this form as you can. It is okay to leave some fields empty, though there are three required fields, marked with an asterisk (*).

You may complete the form more than once if you wish to submit multiple recommendations.

*3/19/2020 Update: In light of the COVID-19 developments, the Master Plan for Aging activities have been temporarily postponed. However, we continue to welcome your comments, ideas, and policy recommendations. The California Department of Aging will provide an update in due course.
