ABOUT THIS SURVEY

 
The Emory University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is interested in conducting research to investigate the use of massage after cancer treatment.
 
If you are a cancer survivor, and you have used massage during or after your cancer treatment, we would like to ask you a few questions. We will use the information gathered in this survey to develop a research study designed to investigate the potential benefits of massage in cancer survivors.

No personal identifying information will be gathered in this survey and the information you provide will be completely anonymous. If you would like to ask additional information about this survey, or if you are interested in participating in future studies, you can email the study coordinator Sherry Edwards at saedwar@emory.edu or call her at 404-778-2498. You may also contact the Emory Institutional Review Board at 404-712-0720 or 877-503-9797 or irb@emory.edu if you have questions about your rights as a research participant or if you have questions, concerns or complaints about the research.
