Cancer Survivors - Massage Use Survey |
ABOUT THIS SURVEY
The Emory University Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is interested in conducting research to investigate the use of massage after cancer treatment.
If you are a cancer survivor, and you have used massage during or after your cancer treatment, we would like to ask you a few questions. We will use the information gathered in this survey to develop a research study designed to investigate the potential benefits of massage in cancer survivors.
No personal identifying information will be gathered in this survey and the information you provide will be completely anonymous.
