2.About the Survey

Global Markets are grappling with sudden onslaught of Covid 19 which has taken the world by surprise. This pandemic is throwing the global economy out of control. Human race is suffering and healthcare professionals, workers are struggling to get basic safety gear to protect themselves and to protect the humans from this infection.

MSMEs struggle with whole host of business challenges all the time. Added to the normal burdens, this is a testing period for all Small and Mid sized businesses in the country. Staying afloat in business is the need of the hour. Businesses need to develop immunity to post covid crisis.

This survey is created by Consultants Consortium of Chennai, an Association of Management Systems Consultants registered under TN Societies Registration Act. The intent of the survey is to understand the pain points of the MSME businesses and to send representations to various Ministries, Trade and Export promotion Councils to help them improve the business growth of MSMEs in the country.

We request all Micro, Small and Medium sized businesses deal with Products or Services segment participate in the survey.

Please note that the Survey is created only to collect market sentiment information from the industry about this covid 19 crisis time and information collected shall be compiled and sent to various governmental organisations, policy makers to make the industry’s woes and wish list heard. Data related to business information of the participants shall not be shared with anyone. Only the general information shall be used for compiling the report. If participants don’t want to share any specific business information, they are free to skip those questions.

However, the Survey report shall be shared with the industry, govts, participants in the due course of time too.
