Community Visioning Workshop
ONLINE SURVEY
A community workshop was held at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum on Thursday, January 18th. The City and the consultant team presented an overview of the analysis and input collected to date. The presentation also focused on a series of potential catalytic sites where developer-driven projects could occur, potentially in partnership with the City.

Five catalytic sites have been identified as part of this process, as shown on the map below.
- Burger Boat Park/Farmer’s Market Site
- Baymont Inn Parking Lot
- S 10th Street & Maritime Drive
- Jay Street Corridor
- Mirro Site
For each of the sites, please review the three concept plans and fill out the questions that follow. The important part of this exercise is to understand what land uses and heights the community would accept on these sites.
Note: The concepts are intended to test potential land uses and site configurations. They are not intended to represent final plans or the desires of private land owners who control some of these sites.
