Stand for Wage Equality: A Survey on Sub-Minimum Wages Among Young Workers in Ireland

Dear Participant,

Are you frustrated by unequal pay in Ireland? So are we! The Mandate Youth Committee is dedicated to abolishing sub-minimum wage rates, and we urgently need your insight.

Sub-minimum wage rates can mean that individuals under 20 get paid less than the National Minimum Wage of €11.30 per hour – for some, it's as low as €7.91. It's an issue that affects many young workers, but with your help, we hope to change it.

Your feedback is invaluable. Whether you're directly affected or you simply believe in equal pay for equal work, your experiences and opinions can help us build a stronger campaign for wage equality.

This survey is all about you, your work, and what you believe is fair. And don't worry, it's strictly confidential; no personal information will be shared with any third parties.
