Thank you for choosing to participate in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) readiness assessment for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

This assessment will provide an overview of how well your business is prepared to embark on M&A as a strategy. The questions are categorized into strategy, deal management, target business evaluation, assimilation readiness and actual assimilation.

The evaluation results are based on information provided by you and are purely directional and not absolute. Therefore, we will strongly urge you to use the assessment as an indication only. Further validation should be conducted through additional and/or focused assessment.

It should take approximately 15 minutes to complete the assessment.

Please ensure that your answers are based on your current reality instead of what would you like it to be. Accuracy of the assessment is directly dependent on input provided by you.

Please note that any data and information shared with us will remain confidential and is in compliance with our online privacy policy. In addition, we have taken special steps to comply to regulatory requirements:
  • We are collecting data as part of an assessment on M&A readiness for an SME company. Data that is shared will be used only for creating an assessment report. Any future usage of this data shall be conducted only with requisite permissions. We have an opt-in option on the last page for any further research and benchmarking. We will not share the individual data shared with any 3rd party.
  • Any personally identifiable information shared is for the purpose of communication related to this assessment and any subsequent follow-up post-assessment.
