Manchester residents and visitors have long enjoyed the benefits of robust and high-quality emergency services.  Annually, there are over 12,000 calls for fire, rescue and emergency medical services in Manchester.  As the community continues to grow and evolve the emergency service needs of Manchester are changing.  Manchester has launched a community-wide strategic analysis and planning process to review the present and future needs for the delivery of fire, rescue and emergency medical services.  The process will guide decision-making in the enhancement of these services in Manchester into the future.  This is a collaborative initiative of Manchester’s Town and Eighth Utilities District leadership. You are being asked to complete this survey because your input is valuable in helping us assess perceptions and issues that exist among the residents and business owners in our community.
Your comments will remain anonymous.  No one from the Town or any of the response agencies, will see any completed survey document. The information will be reviewed and compiled by the project team. Please be as candid as you feel comfortable, this is your opportunity to voice your concerns. Deadline for completing the survey is July 28, 2017.
