This 3-hour workshop will share the tools to empower you as a manager to support and lead job-sharers by providing participants with:

- A better understanding of the skills required for active listening and respectful challenge.

- Insights & the inside track to equip you to deal with change and its impact on the team and the output.

- How to give feedback and get commitment to change.

Tutor:
Hannah Corneck is a professional development consultant with over 30 years in unscripted production, 15 years experience working as an executive coach and a decade spent as a leadership trainer, people strategist and creative consultant working in screen and audio.

Eligibility:
