1. Registration details
To register for one of the Making a Difference - Results Based Accountability workshops on May 17th or 18th, please complete the following details and select which workshop you wish to attend.
If more than one person from your organisation plans to attend one of the workshops, you may complete only one registration form that includes the contact details of each participant. However, if people are attending separate workshops, please complete one form for each workshop.
