Making the Connections final questionnaire 2014
The Making the Connections project started in the Summer of 2012 and will be finishing in December 2014. The Making the Connections Officer’s role is to support third sector organisations to have the capacity to contribute to the design, development and delivery of public services in each convergence area in Wales.
Over the last two and a half years the officers have worked to support third sector organisations to be more informed of the single integrated plan and to strengthen third sector organisations in each of their areas through training, disseminating information, supporting partnerships and increasing representation.
As part of the project we would like to ask if you would be able to answer some questions which should take no longer than 10 minutes of your time.
Results from the survey will help us to measure the impact of what we have been able to offer
The closing date for this questionnaire is the 31st January 2015 and information collated from the feedback will contribute to the final project evaluation.
